We believe the youth are not only the hope for today, but also for tomorrow. We have chosen to invest our lives and attention in the youth of our church and community to help them journey through their faith and build a strong foundation for their future. In the process, our youth are encouraged to come to grips with who they are in relationship to God and who God wants them to be, as well as living through The Salvation Army mission. Throughout the year we will offer opportunities for involvement including service projects, fundraisers, youth group trips, youth councils, concerts, movie nights, and numerous other ministry events.
Drama club is for the glory of God. This ministry attracts members that have the desire to understand the Word of God in a form other than written or verbal. Drama Club links spiritual gifts, natural skill and creative ability all together for the Glory of God.
We invite middle and high school students to join us weekly to play games, eat food, and spend time in God’s word. We count it a blessing to walk through life with our students as they sort out what it’s all about and what God has in store for them! Aside from our weekly gatherings, we participate in service projects, fundraisers, retreats, movie outings, lock-ins, concerts and other awesome activities!
Corps Cadets is a Bible study and leadership development program for teens. The goal is for young people to grow in their faith in God and knowledge of Scripture, then put their faith into practice through participation and leadership in their local church. Corps Cadets is designed by The Salvation Army for students in middle school and high school.
